I booked for the 2 adults and 2 Kids while I went there the staff said your booked room is not suitable for the 2 adults and 2 Kids so that I paid extra 1000 and got another room , apart from this the service is average while the Western style bathroom cover was damaged and dangerous for personal safety , it maybe legs slips and fall down.

Food and service was good but the room had many small cockroaches. I clearly called 1 day before and asked to prepare a room for me which is clean and doesn’t have cockroaches as i am travel-ling with 6 moths kid. But they allocated me room 101 which had cockroaches and some foul smell from the ac

Rooms not aatosfactory. Housekeeping not satisfactory. Room was not ready as required for 3 persons. Overall experience was not satisfactory

Very bad hotel. Not clean room properly. In the room big mosquito. So avoid this hotel. Ac is not proper working. Waiting area is very dirty

Rooms are very small. There is no window lot of sounds come from the outside because of using gypsum wall.

Location is ok but cleanliness and support was average. They took additional charges for early check in for 2-2.5 hours. Rest is okay for 2500 rs.

Great Cleaning and neat and tidy.. must visit !!! First they gave me 103 which was Okie Okie but then they shifted me to 111 which was excellent
